- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called last Thursday to make an appointment for today. They scheduled me for 8:30 as common courtesy I showed up at 8:05. Went to check in and Beth said I wasn't on the schedule. I said I'm here now can I see a doctor. No come back at 3:30 and you can see a nurse practitioner. I show up at 3:10 and again I'm told I'm not on the schedule. Luckfully the lady with a big smile said your here we will get you seen. Christa the NA and John the nurse practitioner turned it into the best doctors visit I've ever had which included a blood draw. Thank you John and Christa you turned my lemons into lemonade. You are the only reason I will ever return to this office. Beth I'm sure it was a mistake but it was made twice. Maybe your manager should get you a little more training.
